Minimum rental step – 30 minutes .
Minimum order – 1 hour.

RENTAL RULES

SUPs are issued exclusively with a deposit. To rent equipment, you voluntarily leave a document in the name of the bearer for safekeeping (or a sum of $600 for each watercraft; 1 document = max 2 SUPs). Accepted documents include: an internal or foreign passport, or a driver’s license.
By leaving a deposit, the visitor acknowledges that he/she/they are familiar with the rental rules, water behavior regulations, and safety rules.
Children under 16 years old are allowed on the water only under the supervision of responsible adults.
It is prohibited to go on the water while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or toxic substances.
Every visitor must follow safety regulations for rafting and water activities.
Equipment must be returned exclusively at the rental location.

Booking is available only at the start of the rental service or for the entire day.
The minimum booking duration is three hours.
Bookings are made only with prepayment.
Rental time is counted from the moment the rental service opens, not from the moment you go on the water, so we recommend arriving in advance.
Same-day bookings are NOT available.
